Mainstream Support

If a student leaves the Early Intervention Program and enters a mainstream environment rather than moving into the School Program, the student is eligible for mainstream support. Parents or school staff can request the services of our Mainstream Coordinator.

Services provided by our Mainstream Coordinator include:

  • Observations of the student in the classroom and written reports detailing student performance and suggestions
  • In-services for school staff
  • In-services for the student's classmates
  • Determination of appropriate placement and necessary accommodations
